I carry out by different techniques in which I was trained, such as Bio-Neuro-Emotion®, NLP, Systemic Coaching, PSYCH-K®, and PERK®, that help to treat the emotional symptoms that feed chronic ailments.

With almost two decades of experience in the healthcare field, in recent years I have specialized in emotional health through different studies:

Ontological Coaching

A learning process and transformation through language use, corporeality, emotionality, and intuition. This discipline proposes that actions and results depend on the type of observer the person is. By widening the field of observation or focus, we can see new possibilities for action.

Systemic Coaching

A systemic approach takes into account the overall influence of the environment on a person or group and considers which type of person and the context they are inseparable.

PSYCH-K® y PERK®

Based on the latest findings in brain neuroplasticity offers a simple and fast way of being able to change the information from the subconscious without the need to relive the trauma or conflict.

Bio-Neuro-Emotion®

This is a method based on achieving a more conscious mind through a deep understanding of our way of perceiving the world. By bringing to consciousness the information that happens at an unconscious level, it is possible to unlearn the automatisms that condition us.

NLP

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a discipline that focuses on identifying and using patterns of thought and language that positively influence our behaviors to improve the quality of life.
